While writing the tutorial I discovered that one of the glitter tiles was saved in psp format. I have fixed the zip but if you have already downloaded the kit, the tile is here in jpeg format - just right click and save.

Signature Tag Tutorial
I have written a Signature Tag tutorial using the It's So Blue scrapkit. Click on the tag to go to the tut.
